First of all, we have to know what means Diabetes: it 's a disease caused because the body can't control the amount of glucose in the blood or it can be so much that the body can't deal with all the glocuse(sugar) produced.
ResponderEliminarNow, I'm going to talk about the population that have Diabetes. In the world, there are 415 million people that have diabetes and more than 59.8 million are in Europe. According to the International Diabetes Federation this number will rise to 71.1 million in 2040. Many people have diabetes because they had the disease when they were born, but there are others that have this disease because they consume too much sugar. Why do they carry on eating sugar? If you see your health is getting worse, you should stop eating sugar and start doing sport.
In my opinion, doing sport can reduce many diseases, like diabetes, for example. Among my friends, fortunately, I haven't got a friend with this disease and I hope I won't in the future.
